What you receive
When you enroll in a designation program, we send two shipments:
Starter shipment (when you enroll): One package containing everything you need to get started, including your printed study modules.
Completion shipment (when you finish the program): One package containing your diploma and your Reference Atlas card set.
Digital materials (assessments, Blueprints, Snapshots, Roundtables, and more) are available in your MyIBF Connect portal usually within an hour of enrollment. The order flows from Shopify to our system, we provision your student account, and you receive your login. No waiting on the mail for digital content.
How shipping works
Carrier: We ship via FedEx, both domestically and internationally.
Inside the United States: Standard shipping is included in your program tuition. No separate charge at checkout. Standard delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days via FedEx Economy.
If you want faster delivery, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Ground options are available at checkout with calculated rates based on your address and package weight. You select the option you want at the time of enrollment.
International: Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is not included in your tuition. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout via FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority, based on destination and weight. You pay it separately at the time of enrollment.
Delivery typically arrives in under one week via FedEx International, though customs processing can add time in some countries.
International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country. These are separate from the shipping cost at checkout. We cannot calculate duties and taxes in advance. They are collected by the carrier or customs agency at delivery.
Fulfillment timeline
Most orders leave our fulfillment center within 2 business days of enrollment.
Multi-program purchases
If you enroll in more than one designation at once, we ship one program's materials at a time. When you complete that program, your completion shipment (diploma and Reference Atlas) goes out first, and the next program's starter shipment goes out after the completion shipment.
If you want all your program materials shipped up front, contact us and we can do that. See "Questions" below.
Asking for early shipment on a queued program counts as delivery for refund purposes. That matters if you decide to cancel later. See the Enrollment Agreement for details.
Replacement materials
For replacement materials and one-off orders outside of enrollment, shipping is calculated at checkout for both U.S. and international customers.
Lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments
If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or never shows up, email support@icfs.com with your enrollment info and what happened. We will track it down with the carrier and make it right. Usually that means a free replacement.
If the address you gave us was wrong and the package comes back to us, we will reach out for a correct address. Reshipment may carry the cost of the new shipping label.
Address changes
Moving? Email support@icfs.com with your new address as soon as you know it. Packages that are already in the mail go to the address on file at the time of shipment.
